End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and DaveSoftwarePeru regarding your use of the AutoPlay software ("Software").

1. License Grant

DaveSoftwarePeru grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes, according to your selected plan (Free or PRO).

2. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software without written permission.
• You may not modify or create derivative works based on the Software.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with DaveSoftwarePeru.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

PRO features require an active subscription. Payment is managed through PayPal. Alternative methods may be requested via email.

5. Termination

Your license will automatically terminate if you violate any part of this Agreement. You will be banned and must cease using the Software

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

DaveSoftwarePeru shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.

8. Updates & Changes

This EULA may be updated at any time. You will be notified through the official AutoPlay page when changes are made.
